The Photograph
From Duncryne Hill
Hasselblad XPan 45mm
Autumnal colours and an intriguing sky frame the world famous waters of Loch Lomond. The islands that can be seen in the loch form part of the Highland boundary fault line which stretches across Scotland from Arran to Stonehaven and separates the Highlands and Lowlands. The beauty and tranquillity of the loch that we see today is belied by the tremendous geological upheaval that created this fault.
