During a particularly dreich day in the northwest Highlands of Scotland the Isle of Harris momentarily appears quite literally out of the blue across the stormy waters of the Minch. This brief break in the weather allowed me time to setup and capture the unusual light during this transient moment. Sheltered from the elements I was able to make a small number of exposures before the next front approached.
