The view west along Glen Kinglass from Stob Ghabhar is one of my favourites in this part of the Highlands. Photographed close to the summer solstice, when the sun is high and the days are at their longest, I was hoping for just the right balance of sunlight and shadow across the mountains. Too much of either can leave a scene looking rather flat
