Earl's Seat is the highest point of the Campsie Fells, a modest hill by Highland standards but one that dominates the skyline north of Glasgow. During an extended spell of cold weather, snow lingered across the Campsies for almost a week. The brief window of winter transformed these familiar hills into something more remote.
