Beinn Sgulaird is a cracking hill, with spectacular views in every direction and out towards the western seaboard. I was up there in May in near-perfect conditions, with clear evening light picking out the ridges and corries. Best of all is the view inland towards one of my favourite mountain backdrops, the great bulk of Ben Cruachan rising beyond the intervening hills
